I had a great experience at Little Caesars thanks to Mahi! She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient. She took the time to explain the menu and helped me understand the different options available. Her customer service was excellent, and she made ordering so easy and pleasant. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. Thank you, Mahi, for your outstanding service, I’ll definitely be coming back!
Getting a bit ridiculous... I now show up, look in the window, see no hot and readys and I just walk away. How hard is it to keep a few cheese and pepperoni ready to serve? Throwing away one or two pizzas a night shouldn't be biting into profits. And it's a clear reflection of their attitude towards pre ordered items not being able to sustain such a small lose. Excellent service! Our server SK was friendly, professional, and attentive from start to finish. He made us feel welcome, kept our drinks topped up, and ensured everything was perfect. Great experience—I highly recommend this location!
