First, the service. Michael was easily top 5 best servers I’ve ever experienced - at ANY level of restaurant. Attention to detail was impeccable, he knew the menu perfectly, and he was a pleasure to chat with. Second, the food. We tried 7 or 8 dishes and they nailed every single one. Super inventive flavor combos, top notch execution and plating, temperatures were spot on; and the dishes came out quickly but well-staged.
