I know what a latte is, if I want a latte I would have ordered a latte. I asked for a little splash of milk since my espresso drink is a bit bitter than usual and the lady gave me the whole lecture of if I want more milk then it’s a latte. very poor customer service, very rude. I know they’re always busy but it doesn’t mean they can be rude. Overall, disappointed!
Literally never had a worse experience. Ordered at 12:40, waited patiently because I understand it gets very busy, I go to ask about it after AN HOUR AND TEN MINUTES. They forgot to press order ready on the app. My food is cold and all the ice from my drink melted. I ask them to reheat my food I legit see them walk touch the wall and come back and didn’t even heat up my food!! The barista barely looked at me and made it seem like it was my fault. Unbelievable.
