Swiss chalet is always a value packed meal not a super high-end restaurant but just good value reasonably priced. We went there and had the Thanksgiving dinner with the pumpkin pie very good as we had to do the states for Thanksgiving.
Placed order on line for delivery like we have many times before. Food arrived much faster than expected but there was a mix up on the order. When I called the restaurant, not only were they quick to make it right, they remade the entire order and sent the whole thing out to us again. Nice job guys! You went above and beyond today! We'll definitely be ordering from here again.
UPDATE: I appreciated the manager’s response to me and willingness to try to make things right and learn from this experience. Because of that I am changing my review overall to 5 stars
