We came at 9:05 pm and they said they couldn’t toast our bagel because they “don’t serve hot food” past 9 pm......explain? Makes ZERO sense.
Server said it’s because they don’t get paid to clean past 10 pm when they close.
This is not accommodating at all.....
THIS IS NOT THE STAFFS FAULT. CLEARLY A MANAGEMENT DIRECTIVE.
