if someone says thank you, try saying your welcome. if they don't have customer service skills, make them make coffee and put someone else at the window.
I go to Timmy's every morning. Every day this week something has either been missed or messed up. Monday I asked for 2 packs of hockey cards and never go them. Wednesday I ordered hot chocolate and got coffee with the hit chocolate. Friday I ordered a muffin with butter and didn't get the butter. when I said something about the missed cards I was told sorry talk to the management. I was in the drive thru. at 6:30am. They have great staff. Great Management. This is one of my favorite places to stop when I come home.
