“I am a huge fan of Mediterranean food! I discovered falafels when I lived in Toronto many decades ago and often look for a good place to grab one when I return to visit friends in the city. I was elated to recently discover Kitch’n Savvy today! The food was so delicious that I devoured it before I realized I wanted to take a photo for my review. I ordered a falafel sandwich in a fresh pita and asked for it spicy with hot sauce and peppers. It definitely exceeded my expectations and I look forward to trying the rest of the extensive menu. My Mom enjoyed the traditional Lebanese Tabbouleh Salad! The salad looked great and Mom said it was very fresh and flavourful. She really enjoyed it. The service was super friendly. They offer lots of take out items and hard to find spices, condiments and frozen soups! We will be back soon and am looking forward to trying the Sunday special roast chicken family meal! If you want good value and tasty, healthy flavourful food we highly recommend Kitch’n Savvy in Stayner! The restaurant is also licensed 🍺&🍷!! 🍴🥗🥙🍗🌶️🍟”

“Brought our U9 hockey team there for lunch today while in Clearview for a tournament. Called the day before as we were in a jam and did not have a lunch spot for the kids and parents. The staff at Friends went above and beyond ensuring they had enough employees and tables to manage our 45 person party (with less then 24 hours notice). They asked what time our next game was and coordinated to ensure we were fed and out the door with time to spare ahead of our next game. Both the food and service was excellent. For an independent restaurant we were blown away by how organized and prepared they were to manage such a large group. I would recommend Friends Pub to anyone visiting Clearview who is looking to grab a pint and some comfort pub food.”

“Decided to try this spot and placed an order over the phone. They had everything ready in just under 30 minutes. It was well packaged, big quantities and a good price point. The lady was cheery when I arrived and we shared a laugh as I messed up my order. Food was good and our family enjoyed it. Let the photos and video show you our long weekend feast.”

“We had an amazing experience at the Tremont. We made the reservation to celebrate my birthday. When we arrived, Mel (our extremely attentive server), showed up with two complimentary glasses of champagne to toast my birthday. My husband ordered the lobster tail appetizer and the duck confit. He loved the crispy skin and the tender meat. He said both were delicious. His only criticism was he received half of a lobster tail, he expected the whole tail. In his opinion it was butterflied and he got half. My dinner was superb. I cannot even begin to describe the flavour profile of the pork belly. It was caramelized to perfection, a beautiful crunch on the outside with a melt in your mouth pork center. The acidic contrast from the pomegranate was divine. Hen of the woods is a whole earthy experience on its own. The complexity, umami, textures, richness of flavours, variety and presentation are an exquisite combination …a very elevated, elegant, yet woodsy dish. Just when we thought we could not eat another bite, Mel arrived with a complimentary slice of a chocolate, peanut butter dessert that reminded me of crème caramel texture. Topped with a birthday candle. I had the French 75 cocktail, one of my favourites ( I thought I could detect a hint of herbal flavour to it). It was perfect. Thank you for a memorable evening.”

“Went here for dinner after being stood up in wasaga looking for Amanda Joyce Gypsy who said she would return my sunglasses she took from me and I came all the way from Toronto. “There really are no words that can fairly describe our gastronomical experience at The Pine. It was more than a Chef's Tasting with sixteen different courses, it was a night full of delights to your tastebuds and flavours that you had never tasted before and that made you yearn for more. Each course was magical and unusual and when you thought it couldn't get any better - it did. The spectacular food was complimented by an entourage of friendly staff that were so knowledgeable and dedicated, it heightened the enjoyment. We commented on how it was like a dance - one that you could tell provided joy for themselves, as well as the guests. Chef Jeremy Austin is brilliant. His creativity was over the top creating the most unusual dishes that were a delight to your taste buds. This was an experience that I would recommend to all those who love food and want the very best, not only in this local area, but anywhere in the world - just amazing! Most certainly deserving of the Michelin Star they were just rewarded. We will be back!”
