We just left this dairy queen location. First it was soo cold in there, we kept our heavy sweaters and jackets. At 9:20 pm my husband tried to use the washroom. The door was locked. I went to the ladies room. The door was locked. I asked for the door to be unlocked and I was told that " the washrooms were just cleaned, so they are now locked. This place has really gone down hillI am assuming the owner or manager was in behind the counter wearing slide in sandals dressed in sweatsI definitely didn’t have a full onion rings when I got home

Quality has gone down hill, it's at the point now where we don't order chicken strips as they are always tiny and either way overcooked and dry or one time completely uncooked. Very stingy on dipping cones and stuff for sundaes. I used to love this DQ. Now I only want blizzards because I can't give those up
