They always close at least twenty minutes early, But leave the signs on, If you go to the window, they ignore you...making it nearly impossible if you get off work at nine thirty to get there in time and order

Quality has gone down hill, it's at the point now where we don't order chicken strips as they are always tiny and either way overcooked and dry or one time completely uncooked. Very stingy on dipping cones and stuff for sundaes. I used to love this DQ. Now I only want blizzards because I can't give those up

They microwave the entire burger here!! I’ve been here on three separate occasions, and they’re completely nuked! Hot tomato and hot shrivelled up buns, everything. When I go in to give it back to get a “fresh” one, they just smile and say sorry sir, one minute. ?

I ordered a cake on the app from this location in December. A $5 coupon that should’ve been applied to my order wasn’t for some reason. I explained this to the attendant when I arrived, and even showed him that the coupon was no longer available, as if it had already been applied. He was less than helpful, saying there was nothing he could do since I had already paid, and to contact customer service. He then told me they had no cake specialist available to write a note on the birthday cake. I explained that was the whole point of getting the cake. He said I could write the message myself, which I did. I contacted “fan relations” and received a generic/robotic response, which I asked for a follow up and never received. I filled out the survey sent to me and asked for a follow up, which never happened. When a friend went to DQ recently I was reminded to follow up one last time. I spent 20 minutes on the phone while the representative tried to find my emailed messages, but couldn’t locate them. She asked for the restaurant to follow up with me. I received a phone call today, and was offered $5 off or 10% off my next order to “make it right”, and to tell the representatives at the cash to call the manager to have it applied should it become an issue. I think I’ve spent enough time and energy with DQ’s customer service, and will no longer be a customer at this location, or possibly any other location.

This location used to have fantastic, friendly , local teens working here - they were always prompt and polite! New staff is terrible !! Waited 10 mins for 2 blizzards, when the 2 staff disappeared into the back???? No one else in store or drive thru - where did they go?? They certainly werent making our order! Also not smart at all to leave your store front unmanned. Hopefully corporate sees this.Really sad to see those great teens not there anymore , these new older men at the store arent to par!
