I’m surprised at some of the reviews I’ve read here. I go to this Tim Hortons everyday and I’ve always had a great experience. The place is usually busy and the employees do a great job of servicing everyone as fast as they can.
Keep up the great work guys!!👏🏻👏🏻

I’m a regular customer every morning and some lunches for years, today o placed an order they miss heard the order which is fine. I had to repeat my order 2 separate times and when I get to the window its not what I ordered so I said the yo the lady as the window that it was supposed to be a ln ice cap and a gentleman behind her spoke up in a very rude manner saying I didn’t order an ice cap, I advised him I did and it must have been heard wrong and he continued to give me attitude. Horrible customer service especially for a regular customer

These issues I will be speaking about are with Tim Hortons, as a whole company. This is happening at stores everywhere I go.
Firstly - I will generally go inside the store if I am ordering multiple food items, or aa single food item that takes longer to make (the now cancelled grilled cheese) as a courtesy to the store. When I do, I can ofter watch 2-4 vehicles get served before I even get acknowledged at the counter. Today, for a GREAT example, I went to a Tim Hortons around 430 pm. I parked and went inside because I was hungry and knew I was going to be ordering food. I walked right up to the counter, I was first in line. Again... I stand there with not a soul saying a work to me. Plenty of eye contact, but no words. Then, by the time someone took my order, there were now 8 more people in line... but at least 10 vehicles had been served. It was so bad, I started having conversations with the entire place about the timer on the drive-thru that is so important... but yet us customers at the counter are second rate customers to anyone in a vehicle. In the past, I have even made a bet to other customers in the line-up inside the store. The bet was that I could get into my vehicle, enter the drive-thru, and get my order faster then I would have if I stayed inside.... only to see the same people at the counter when I got around to the drive-thru window, 5 vehicles later. BUT.. the best one yet, I was at a drive through one evening and I ordered a coffee and a toasted everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese. As there were no vehicles in front of me, I went directly to the window and paid. after she handed me my change, the lady asked if I could pull my vehicle ahead and she would being my order out. I asked her why? She replied "can you just move ahead please". I asked her why she was moving me ahead when there wasnt a single vehicle in the drive thru. She told me "Oh we have a timer on the window". So your staff, at the inconvenience to myself, and slight extra safety liability to have your staff member walk through the dark parking lot all to save a couple seconds on a timer...
Secondly, and I wont get into depth here... the quality of the food at Tim Hortons has completely diminished. I got a Turkey Bacon Club the other day with 1 very thin slice of turkey, 1 slice of bacon, half of a tomato slices and copious amounts of mayo. It was basically a 10 dollar, wet, small loaf wet bread.
I am writing this as a customer of Tim Hortons for 25+ years, to let you know I will never spend another penny in one your establishments, ever again. I will forever, LOUDLY share my tarnished dealings with Tim Hortons, and do my best to get others to join me on the quest to NEVER purchase anything from this low quality, overpriced, greedy, RICH company.

If I could give zero Stars I would. This company no longer cares about their customers. The food is undercooked, value is not there thank you, and the service is absolute garbage. What happened to Tim Hortons as whole? The entire chain is going down faster than a high velocity flush toilet
I only get drinks from Tim Hortons and once in awhile a donut or a muffin but sometimes they're service is not the greatest and can be rude
