A great spot for that coffee date. Has wonderful options to go with a coffee, plus bread to purchase and take home. A great place to sit, relax, and enjoy some good conversation.

Great muffins as always, love that they have a Kanata location. Great coffee and take home items as well! A little pricey but amazing quality.

The interior is modern, spacious, and pretty. Delicious bakery! Reasonable prices for this quality.

Interior is spotless. Food options are great. So many things on offer and everything that we tried tasted really good.

The Palais Royal and Tiramisu is absolutely sublime. One of the best deserts I’ve had, the ambiance is also excellent.

Love the beautiful cafe, friendly staff, tasty food. The atmosphere is amazing and the place is very clean! We come every weekend to enjoy the coffee, croissants and beautiful art! Such an amazing idea featuring local artists! The only thing that it really needs new furniture. Tables and chairs are not that comfortable. The new side bar sitting area is amazing!

The quality and taste are next level. The food looks picture perfect on the cases and tastes divine. The dining area is relaxing and pleasant. The atmosphere is light and warm. The service and food knowledge is incredible.

Best bakery known to me

One of our favourite European bakeries in town. The store is always clean, staff are nice and their pastries are delicious.

Their pastries are excellent however they haven't nailed their coffees. We asked for a flat white each, to go the other day and they was really off. Weak, watery and way too milk forward. (Also we were asked if we wanted S, M, or L. Flat whites should only come in a small) We tossed them at about half way through. We'd come back for the pastries however as they are stellar.

Friendly staff

I have no doubt this place is great. However, we ordered some desserts for a birthday event, and at the time it was scheduled for delivery, we got a notice that our order couldn't be finished and they had to cancel. A delayed order would have been fine with us.

Nice venue. Great variety of pastries ,good coffees. Customer service just bad. No line ups waiting 10 min for 2 coffees and 2 pastries and being told that $65 is my bill that’s a joke. After long debates the bill went down to $28 which initially was expected. Other customers that came in behind us , were served prior. Very disorganized and no team work in between staff. Will give you an other chance in the near future.
