It is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE that I have not gotten a refund for an order I placed online and that you couldn’t fulfill for not having the items. I have talked to 2 of your employees and the only resolution they offer is for me to get another cake, and they say that providing a refund is “very difficult” or “not easy”. As a customer, I don’t really care how complicated is to issue a refund, jf you can’t fulfill an order, it is ILLEGAL, to retain the funds. I want my REFUND NOW.
Used to love this place until their pastries got smaller and smaller while the price ($$$) stayed the same. What a shame.
Husband and I ate the almond croissant and chocolatine. It tasted very stale and funny enough we had food poisoning that same day. Baked goods with dairy and eggs if not stored or handled properly can cause food poisoning. I’m just hoping what they are not selling old baked goods. Not sure I’m going to order these again.
Nice place to visit for breakfast or brunch. Sandwiches are good, cakes are delicious. Good selection of coffee and other hot drinks. Little busy on the weekends.

Service is cool to chilly... Choices of treats are many. Cost is up there.
Atmosphere was good. I've never dined in with my croissant but it seemed to be a choice meeting spot for many!
I've been in a few times and would recommend it.
Great location with lots of parking.

I got a decaf Americana and it was weak and unflavourfull.
My wife had the regular Americana and it was even worse than mine.
We are rating the coffee here a 1 out of 5 stars.
Atmosphere was stark and plain.
Service was acceptable but not great.

Tasty food and drinks, clean, and fancy interior. Lots of options from baked goods, sweets, cold food, drinks, and cakes. Has highchairs too.

I love going here for brunch with my mother.
It's a chic restaurant with beautiful pastries. Definitely try the creme brulee and almond croissant.
I'm looking forward to trying each of the cakes.

Cute shop with a great variety of pastry and lunch choices. The maple flake cookie is possibly the best cookie I've ever had.

Expecting a little better quality of baking goods at the higher tier of price point.
However, the chocolate butter croissant was not flakey but greasy and doughy. Possibly they warmed it up in regular microwave...
Other pastries were way too sweet and cakey as well.
A little disappointed!

Definitely one of the best coffee I have had in Ottawa. Bakery item I ordered was fresh, crispy, and flavorful yet not too sweet. I would recommend.
