I ordered a quesadilla in the morning and at night I’m in the hospital with bad food poisoning would never recommend this place I’ve never felt this bad before and I hate writing reviews but I just don’t want anyone else to go thru this pain

Super friendly and happy staff at the 6081 Hazeldean location.
It was very easy and quick to make my two custom Mucho Burritos and they tasted GREAT!!

Says open google, on the front door. But yet the door was locked and I called 4 times with no answer. I saw people inside while I was trying to open the locked door. Brutal

I came into the restaurant with my son and was waiting for another family to complete their order and we were next, then a Skip the Dishes driver came in well after I had been waiting for service and he was chosen before my son and I. We had not been given any eye contact or communication from the one employee behind the counter, which I am compassionate towards as I have worked in client service my entire life and fully understand. What I do not understand is how I parked my car, walked into the establishment and was looking for service and was completely ignored. This is so frustrating. Why does the Skip the Dishes driver have precedence over a real live human standing in front of the counter? I don't understand what is happening to the world and there should be more people working to support the employee as well if orders are going to be placed over riding real live humans walking in. My son and I were starving and after waiting for a few minutes and still having zero communication from the employee working, we walked out with no food and will not be back to the establishment.

This place has really gone down hill since it opened. They are sooooooo stingy with portions and then charge you a crazy amount for their crappy food. We used to get food here regularly but not anymore. Tonight was the last time I will go back to this location. I will be going to the other Mucho Burrito in Kanata. Way better service and they aren’t stingy with their portions.

I love Mucho Burrito for its great vegetarian options, and the service is Great. But why, why did you get rid of the refried beans, Pineapple Salsa & Roasted Chickpeas? All at the same time too. These were 3 of my favorite things in a veggie bowl or burrito. (And mango salsa is hardly a substitute. Pineapple.)

I had a real blast at this place! It was my first ever experience at the Mucho Burrito chain. The girl working there, name is Uvi- is so nice and friendly. Really recommended her and this place.
