Kid-friendliness: In this store, I am comfortable coming every single day and ordering my breakfast for my family, like bagels and bacon farmerswrap, and they were very friendly while serving, especially with my kids, who like to visit this store every day before I drop them off at school.
This Tim Hortons is the best service !! I had to ask the names of theses two guys working there , Shanu & Rushil :) They were fast, had the place very clean & so courteous and on top of their game ! Wow, made sure I felt like a valued customer and making my order EXACTLY what i asked for! Koodos Tim's for hiring theses two! Im very pleased wityh the service there anbd my number one choice when i go to the area! I will even do the detour! Thanks so much guys!Caroline ;)

I went to Tim Hortons today to order a lunch. I did wait for a bit because there were only 2 staff and the drive through seemed to be busy and needed and received faster service. The lady was polite but she used and kept on the same gloves the whole time.? punching in orders, taking cash, touching the machine, and the same gloves going right into the food drawer to pull out the eggs and cheese and making people’s sandwiches.
