“The vibe is cutesy, but there was a variety patrons. The espresso is average, not bad, not great. It's comparable to any other cafe around; a more bitter dark roast. Service is decently quick.
The tea selection was a bit lacking in some of the basic offerings and more caffeine-free options.

I think they should maybe mark cups with what is what when it is a larger order:

We were a group of 5 and got two matcha lattes, a tea and one cappuccino. The two lattes were matcha, one dairy one not. The lady told us which was which, but in the shuffle with bringing the rest of the drinks to the table for everyone, they were mixed up by our group. The taste was nearly indistinguishable, so maybe a little mark on the cup would help in these instances but had nothing to do with the service.

I stopped in for the first time without knowing much about the place. I'm usually a Starbucks or Tim Hortons regular and stick to my goto which is a double-double (2 cream, 2 sugar). I explained my usual order and preferences, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful like they were making the coffee for themselves. Honestly, it was the best cup of coffee I've had. Better than Tim Hortons. Better than Starbucks. This place is a must try. Amazing coffee, delicious pastries, super reasonable prices, customer service is out of the world and top tier quality. Highly recommended!“
