“We absolutely lucked out with this visit to Turtle Jacks. We stopped in for a late lunch, early dinner and had the entire restaurant to our selves. The food was excellent and the service was great. Our server was one of the best we have had in a long time. She was a very pleasure young lady. We would definitely stop in again.“

“Came in on Monday and from the moment we walked in, Lia made us feel welcome and taken care of. She was quick with the menus, faster with the refills, gave great recommendations and somehow remembered everyone’s order without writing it down (legendary behavior). She was super friendly, cracked a few jokes, and kept the vibe fun even when the place got busy.“

“The owner of lotos is incredibly amazing, I rented the hall for my daughter’s 1st birthday, he was super helpful, and accommodating. We ran into an issue of the bouncy castle not able to fit in the hall and allowed us to have it in the parking lot at the back of the hall. Overall great service, I highly recommend lotos for any party planning. My husband and I appreciate him being so generous.“

“Had an absolute pleasant dining in your restaurant the other day, the food was delicious really mouthwatering. Our server Sophia was very welcoming and very kind, she really deserves a raise. I would say she was too good at her job. I am very impressed by the neat and clean atmosphere of your dining space. Hope you would provide the same service always.“

“We were in the city for an appointment & figured we should grab breakfast at a restaurant before the entire passport nonsense begins. our waitress was excellent & our hungry man's breakfast was an awesome deal for the price. so glad we stopped in.“

“Food was very subpar. the garlic loaf was cold, the soup luke warm, and the chicken fingers for $21 were coated in an oil based sauce that you could not see or taste. Asked for sauce to dip and it was mostly oil mixed with a hot sauce. Yellow Currie was ok but very bland in taste. stack quesadilla was luke warm did not come with sour crème or pico de gala. it had been a long time since we had been here and it looks like it will be even longer before we ever go back. I can say that the servers were pleasant and apologetic for what came out of the kitchen.“
