my family and I have always enjoyed our visits to the village restaurant, Especially because they have the big circle booth in which I can keep my eloping five-year-old in with us during a whole meal(our biggest challenge when dining out!), food always comes out fast and tasty ?>>>This past Friday, we decided to order takeout fish and chips with a side order of fries totaling $28 and changeI was extremely underwhelmed when I got home and opened the boxes!!I couldn’t believe this was almost $30 worth of foodI was so disappointed ?Parking: street parking available or they have a back parking lot

This is my first time here and I will definitely be back again ! Food was amazing ? I am pregnant so I’m always hungry, never have I ordered and ate two meals in one sitting. This restaurant was the first for me ! I couldn’t decide as it all sounded so good! Fish and chips and hot turkey dinner was amazing, staff very friendly and welcoming too!Kid-friendliness: They are very friendly with kids, nice quiet atmosphere for a calm meal ! My daughter doesn’t like too much noise so this was perfect.

Did not have an enjoyable time. I ordered a side caesar salad with my meal and it came with no bacon or croutons. My mom and grandma split a club and we were charged $2 to split a meal, there was a tiny piece of bacon on one half of the club. My grandparents ordered coffee and everytime it came it was lukewarm. Not acceptable. The server was good.

Great selection of food. I wanted breakfast choices and the rest of my table wanted lunch entrees. The service was really wonderful. They let us sit and catch up for hours and didn't rush us out. They checked to make sure our cups were always full. Definitely will go back

I have fond memories of sitting on a stool every afternoon, enjoying French fries and a milkshake served by her. Now at 60, with her passing, TVR continues to help me enjoy the delicious food just like in the old days. My friend found this place and we will be coming back! The staff here is so nice and made sure we were well taken care of. I really loved the booth we were sat in. We had the brunch food and we’re so satisfied! The food wasn’t too greasy (not like a diner) and there was plenty of it.Vegetarian options: My friend was a vegetarian and had plenty of brunch options!

I had an ultrasound down the street, so I figured I would come to check out this restaurant. I walked in, and it wasn't crazy busy. I dined alone and managed to get a booth so I could people watch. I ordered the Reuben with fries and a beer. The Reuben was absolutely delicious. I was offered with a side of mustard that made it even more delicious. The fries and beer were great as well. The service was fantastic. Unfortunately, I don't remember the server's name, but she had glasses and she was very lovely.Well done, everyone. This is a great stop over in Stoney Creek!

My girlfriend and I came by for the first time and had an extremely enjoyable experience. The clubhouse and French onion soup were AMAZING. Fresh turkey and extremely tasty. The staff were also so kind and welcoming. Can understand why this is a staple in the Stoney Creek community. Highly recommend!
