The morning staff are excellent and delightful! Kim, Jesse, Chelsea, and the rest are such a pleasure every morning. The weekends/evenings without any regulars can be tough, but some of the part-time crew are getting there! You just need to be patient when going through drive-thru. The location across the street is a VERY busy spot, so there is certainly overflow. Thanks for the consistent morning team that make each day a good one on my way to work!
Food is good enough. When they have it. Today at 10:45 they were out of bacon. I wanted a turkey club. It's not really a club without bacon, which they only realized they were out of when they started making my sandwich. Don't a lot of the breakfast sandwiches also have bacon, as well as many lunch items? Other days I might arrive a little after noon, wanting a turkey club and they're out of rolls, or turkey. Poor supply management. You can't sell stuff that...
Awesome service always-quick and accurate. Also they gave my a Christmas Card signed by all the staff wishing me a Mary Christmas! Such amazing Customer Service. Totally made my day!
