We recently visited the Alley Cat Cafe to visit a cat we were considering adopting. It is clear that the cats are very well loved and taken care of. They had lots of structures to climb and snooze in and places to hide out if they needed a break. The staff are so knowledgeable about each cat, their history, their quirks and their needs. After our visit we took Leroy home (adoption had been coordinate with foster agency prior) and he has seamlessly blended into our family.
We didn’t stay for food as we were on a tight turn around but the cafe goodies looked and smelled great!

Loved it! The cats are SO ADORABLE and they're pretty chill about the time, as long as it's not full you can stay with the cats. The price was so affordable too.
I did take off one star because there was a dog in the car area, although he was friendly I was a little frustrated that this wasn't mentioned before hand. I have a fear of dogs so I wasn't expecting to see one there.

The $10 price of admission to sit for an hour in the cafe's cat lounge is the best value for money a person will find. The cats' environment is an absolute delight, with toys, cat trees, homes, little doors between the rooms, and spacious windows to let in the sunshine.
The lounge is spacious enough to accommodate 10 visitors at a time and the many cats I saw when I visited. The staff have gone to tremendous effort to create a lounge that is hospitable to guests while making it a feline paradise. I will definitely be coming back anytime I am in Stratford.

Our family visited this lovely cafe this week. The coffee and snacks were delicious. The cat room was cozy and very clean. The hosts were very friendly. Would highly recommend and will be back

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit at the Cat Cafe. We didn't buy any food or drinks so we can only speak to the quality of our interaction with the cats. Most of the cats were approachable, affectionate, and enjoyed playing with the various toys scattered around the room. Definitely worth a visit if you have time to stop by!

I came here for a little vist with my friends, we had a lovely time chilling with the cats in the lounge, we booked a time slot for 12 and we're let in when we had arrived about 15 minutes beforehand. The cats were lovley and very cute. The food wad delicious with many options and a large selection of grilled cheese. They have wonderful hot chocolate and yummy baked goods. I definitely recommend . The cats are also up for adoption so its a good way to get to know the cats first , and you need to take your socks of before entering the room so don't forget socks
Absolutely rude staff. We were told we could take my kids cookies in that I paid 30 dollars for. We then got yelled at for no reason...DO not go. Rip off and horrible customer service. Also there is zero railing to get in for people with challenges. My mom almost fell. Will be calling by law. I can't even give one Star
