customer service was good, food came fast , the bk melt was not even warm so i dont know how it would be remotely hot enough to melt anything, it was a very slow day only one person in the restaurant yet every table was filthy and not wiped down..... if the dining area was that unclean i can only imagine behind the counter
We really enjoy going to this particular BK. Regardless of how busy they are, the staff is always friendly. Yes, it's fast food, but the service makes a huge difference and this location has awesome service. We always leave happy!
Unacceptable experience Sunday evening and still no call back from this store or corporate.
