Double espresso 🥳 so good.
Very clean and good service
Very professional
Love everything about coffee cultures. Such a nice atmosphere. In this day and age with so much chaos in the world, its such a nice relaxing get away. I go with my daughter. We get to relax, connect and enjoy wonderful beverage and food!! 🙂
Like many other reviewers on here this was my first time to this location. The place was empty. The machine they use to make the coffee was automatic not manual Italian professional. So any monkey could do the job.
The coffee was flavorless tasting like instant coffee. I had a Hazelnut latte. The coffee was so sweet like 6 teaspoons of sugar and had Zero taste of Hazelnut so they are using cheapest syrup possible. ??
My other friends cappuccinos were disgusting and also tasteless. For $6.00 a cup it was rip off. I had better coffee in a corporate office cafeteria than this.
We complained and manager (Owner) came out and would not give us our money back. This is last $20 they will get from us.
WORST COFFEE EVER. GOTO BALZAC ROASTERS ON MAIN STREET. 5 STARS !!! REAL COFFEE MACHINES AND CANADIAN WORKERS.!!! ALWAYS BUSY AND FULL !
WENT TO ONE IN WATERLOO AND IT WAS ALSO TAKEN OVER. SAME MACHINES AND EMPTY. PREVIOUSLY YOU COULD NOT GET A SEAT. DIRTY ALSO.
It was the perfect stop while taking the hop on hop of bus during the stratford winter festival to have some warmth to continue the nice trip
Creamy and rich hot chocolate, beautiful ceiling stained glass.
Person who saved us is Great... Very Much happy About His Customer Services and coffee what he served us it has great Taste... Thank you
Middle of December, no heat (even the employee was wearing a jacket), one slice of prosciutto in my panini, grand total of 2 slow staff, no soup, no real espresso, mostly empty baked goods (this was at 2:00). Pathetic
In Stratford, Coffee Culture is the absolute bottom of the barrel in terms of service and product. Hours are inconsistent. The coffee stations (where anywhere else in the world a person can fix their coffee) are there, but they're completely empty, because they are cheap as hell. The coffee is old. The staff have ZERO IDEA about how to make a coffee, and when you ask for more sugar to put in your would-be triple/triple, not only do they look at you like YOU are the problem, but they just put one - very small - packet of sugar in, and they take their sweet time doing it. Protip: triple/triple means sweet as can be! It's actually just unreal how bad it is and the owners/managers shouldn't be in business in Canada, where things used to work properly. It also stinks like sewage sometimes and the bathrooms are closed half the time. If I could rate them negative 5 stars, I would. Hopefully a winter sans tourists forces them to sell to someone with some actual sense as to how things should work.
I just returned from Stratford and visited this coffee shop expecting great coffee. Unfortunately it was terrible. I ordered a latte and it was mostly brown, lukewarm milk. I tasted very little coffee and certainly not the espresso I was expecting. Whatever machine you’re using it’s in need of a serious adjustment. There’s way too little coffee being used. I went back a second time (the other coffee shops close at 6p) and ordered an Americano thinking it would taste like coffee but it was also very weak and tasteless. Regarding the food, I ordered avocado toast expecting nice thick slices of ripe avocado. Instead I got salad on bread and I had to literally dig through the salad to find the thinnest slices or avocado I’ve ever seen. I actually thought they forgot to add the avocado.
Overall the ambience is cozy and the staff are very nice and friendly, but please address the quality of the coffee and food. At the very least, a place called Coffee Culture should deliver on great coffee.

First ever 1 star review :(
We wanted a small bite to eat before the show. We ordered the fruit smoothie, it just tasted like a frozen popsicle melted it was that sugary and sweet.
We also ordered a green salad and a panini. Both had salad that was rotting. We tried to pick at it but it knocked our stomachs so we just left.
Highly highly do not recommend

The cake was tasty, but the portion was tiny for the price. The coffee was awful. The pumpkin spice latte tasted nothing like pumpkin. I asked if they would remake me another latte. They did but gave me a lot of attitude. Will not be going back.

Really bad experience it was 25 degrees out and they had the heat on was literally sweating well I was standing. The lid on the beverage I got was leaking all over the place. I felt really bad for the staff there it was so hot I almost passed out
Great place to spend a rainy afternoon. I especially liked the atmosphere of a large, old-time, cafe.

Not even real espresso, they use an all-in-one. Burned beans. Undrinkable. I threw mine away and went elsewhere.
