THIS IS MY ORIGINAL REVIEW(originally gave it 2 stars on 1st visit) AND BELOW THIS IS MY 2ND VISIT (which made me alter this to 4 stars): Ordered a pulled pork sandwich and draft beer. The sandwich barely had any meat in it, which is a sin specifically for pulled pork. The bread was terrible and mushy. The guy who was our server was ridiculously slow in seeing us, from the very beginning to when he asked for our orders for drinks, food, and finally, to bringing us the bill. The place was not that busy!! Will not come back.......
- EDIT UPDATE - Did correspond with the manager and they were very courteous and did apologize and says that they addressed the concerns with the kitchen and wanted to pinpoint who the server was so that my feedback can be addressed to them. They sent me a gift certificate so that I can give them another try. I accepted. I appreciated that the manager does actually care. A lot of places, when they get bad reviews on Google, either ignore them or even respond and get defensive which never looks good.
2ND VISIT on May 18th: ordered the Gillys platter and shared it with spouse. Was really good and filling. Was not too long of a wait to receive it either. Had a different server (female). Much more attentive and nice and did bring the bill more promptly than the last person. Certainly willing to go back again in the future now.

Got the Gillys platter which comes with cauliflower bites, Mac bites, wings, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, dips and potato skins (have bacon on them so make sure to ask for no bacon if u don’t eat that). Everything was good, came rather quickly and they even bought us more potato skins when we said we couldn’t eat bacon. Free refills for diet cokes and pool table only cost $2 to use! Really cute spot with lots of tables and good food, good service and good vibes even in the middle of the day on a Thursday. They also had half priced burgers on Thursday so I’d definitely recommend that!

I always make the effort to eat here when visiting, called in for food over the Easter weekend, ordered the brisket sandwich from the lunch menu, which paired well with the local beers, the dessert menu is pretty good too, even ended up having 3 of them myself!! The service was great and food was very prompt. Will definitely be calling in for wing night before flying home.

We have always enjoyed visiting your establishment, however yesterday, my husband ordered wings. Quite a few were pink the middle, uncooked. Sickening. Totally unacceptable! Luckily when we told our waiter, he took it to management & we were not charged for his meal. We will not be back & will spend our money elsewhere.

I had the prime rib dinner, the meat was cold but cooked to medium that's how I like it. Yorkshire pudding should be big and fluffy like a muffin it looked like a size of a timbit server was not very attractive didn't ask how it was and when I told her it was cold she didn't offer to correct it.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this restaurant.

Can be noisy (hard to have a conversation), service is generally good but sometimes I'm looking around for our server. Still, I like the place and the foods pretty good.

Went with about 20 people to a birthday party. Ate wings which seemed good at first only to realize the were crispy on the outside and not cooked on the inside. Had bad food poisoning the next day and could lot get out of bed. Ended up puking them up 20hrs later. They rushed the group order and I payed for it.
