Ordered takeout. Had to wait 6 ot 7 minutes before anybody came to take my order(around 7:46 pm). I ordered chicken/rib combo with fries, white bun and 1/4 chicken dark meat, with poutine instead of fries and white bun and chicken spring rolls. I did NOT get any poutine but I got some poutine gravy(??) and a ton of french fries and NO BUN. I was charged for the poutine. We usually dine in. We have noticed that in the last 6 or 7 months the quality has gone down, sometimes the chicken pieces are on the small side and they load the plate with fries. The price has gotten ridiculous and the service is hit or miss. This is too expensive for seniors especially when the service has also changed.

Last visit- So slow and they always put a new person on the till so it takes even longer. No separate line for delivery pick up so everyone has to wait in the same very slow line.
This visit- Yet another long wait for someone to even check the door after it rang. You guys need a little bell to ring or something because the doorbell isn't bringing you over to help customers.

Just ordered through SKIP. I haven't had Swiss Chalet in at least 5years and I won't be ordering again. The only good thing was the chicken. Forgot to add Caesar salad, rolls are tasteless ( how about some butter) and hard, small portions and overpriced... disappointed 😞

Great customer service as we called for a pick up 20 minutes before they closed and they called back to let us know the order was ready for pick up a couple minutes after closing time They stayed open for us. I recently brought a party of 12 at Swiss Chalet in Stratford, and the experience was fantastic! The staff was incredibly accommodating, making sure our large group was comfortable and well taken care of. The food was delicious, and everyone left happy and full. Highly recommend for any large gathering or family dinner!

Had dinner at this location on July 11th and was totally disappointed. Personally requested that I’ll wait for a fresh chicken as I don’t like my chicken hard or crispy.
The chicken and spring rolls came out over hard and the fries wasn’t even warm

Ordered Swiss chalet to the house through skip. Our poutines arrived without gravy so they were just sad fries with cheese on them. Unable to call the restaurant directly, no answer. Was really looking forward to that poutine.
