My best meal ever at Swiss Chalet. I did not have chicken, but the roast beef sandwich, with Swiss cheese and mushrooms was amazing. Add some horseradish sauce and a dip in a juice was “Picasso.” My server Rox was enjoyable and entertaining

After taking in The Importance of Being Earnest on a girls’ date with my mom, we stopped at Swiss Chalet in Stratford for dinner before heading home. It was the perfect way to end a wonderful day together!
We both enjoyed the Quarter Chicken Dinner with fries, and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. What really made our visit stand out was the exceptional service. Our server, Natalie, was cheerful, accommodating, attentive, and an absolute delight. She made us feel so welcome and ensured we had everything we needed.
If you’re looking for a delicious, comforting meal paired with outstanding service, I highly recommend stopping by Swiss Chalet in Stratford. We’ll definitely be back!
In the last two weeks and ordering at the desk has been wrong. Once by the owner. This has me very upset that I had them deliver as they made the mistake. This store is a cross town from me. Your mistakes cost money for people. Do yous even CARE? From my experience in two weeks yous couldn't care less.

The food and service in our Woodstock Swiss chalet is absolutely disgusting! It has been about 2 years since we last ate at Swiss chalet in Woodstock.
