Fantastic addition to the downtown strip. A warm and inviting atmosphere with a clean 60's style interior design. A wonderful place to stop for a handmade cocktail. Fries with aioli are the perfect complement! Seating for groups and bar seating available. Definitely worth a try with a group of friends after a dinner downtown.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian snacks available

Such a welcome addition to downtown Stratford! The Starlight has incredible ambiance, super welcoming and friendly staff and an amazing drink menu! If that wasn't enough, their snack menu is so delicious and well thought out! Definitely check this place out when you are visiting Stratford and if you are local, this place is the perfect neighbourhood spot! Love the vibe!

Fabulous place with a cool welcoming vibe. Perfect place for a pre or post-show cocktail and snack, which is precisely what we did. I've never had a better Old Fashioned (their riff on it has hints of orange pekoe and cinnamon), and their freezer martini got thumbs all the way up from my wife. If you exclusively enjoy the art/theatre of watching a great mixologist prepare your drink individually from scratch (and don't get me wrong, I appreciate that too), this might not be the place for you. But...if you want a terrific cocktail prepared lovingly in batches with top notch ingredients (and why wouldn't you), this is the place. Not necessarily a dinner place in the strictest sense (although you could fill up on their "snack" selection if you chose to), but what they do serve is very good. We tried the Arancini; again, thumbs all the way up. So if you want a cool place to hang out and linger over a cocktail, or perhaps an appetizer and drink before heading off for a more expansive dinner (which is what we did), this is the place! Highly recommend.
