Food not made correctly, order not taken right and a snotty attitude. That was just today's visit. This location needs a new manager. The current one can't seem to train employees or get them to do anything but stand there and talk with each other.
We have been eating A & W for a very long time and have never been as disappointed as we were today at the Strathroy location. Not only was the order wrong but the food was absolutely horrible. We thru out most of it.
Love A&W....a little quieter in Strathroy, so my weekend rides end up out there for lunch.... always good food!
