I've always loved coming to Twiggs - had so many great memories here over the years. Went with my mom this morning hoping for a nice breakfast with that beautiful view.
Unfortunately, it was pretty disappointing. The place was completely empty when we walked in, just one girl behind the counter cutting cucumbers. We walked right up to order and she literally moved to the other side of the counter to keep cutting, never even looked at us or said anything.

A friend and I ordered a breakfast of eggs, bacon or sausage and toast. Waited an hour for this. Not impressed!

Twiggs Coffee Roasters offers a pleasant dining experience with great food, drinks, and a nice view of the waterfront. The cafe features an art class next door and is slightly more expensive than Starbucks, but not outrageous. The establishment is massive, with tons of excellent seating inside and out and a beautiful view of the marina. The coffee is as good as it gets and the cheese scones are delightful. It is an amazing deli with a soothing atmosphere, perfect for a lunch away from fast food. While the nachos grande can be disappointing, the service and atmosphere are perfect. The location is wheelchair accessible, making it convenient for everyone.
