I adore the idea of a Vegan bakery, I have been to several Vegan bakeries that also take ingredients very seriously and I find this one does not, unfortunately. I am not a fan (along with many others) in regards to the canola oils and refined oils/sugars being used in their baked goods. The talent, beauty and design are definitely there but the ingredient list needs improvement. If I am paying top dollar for "vegan baked goods" I would like them made without inflammatory oils...read full review
