I had the chance (tap-tap-tap) to stop in at the Regent St location (tap-tap-tap) several times (tap-tap-tap) over the last two weeks. Each time (tap-tap-tap) was not without its complications. The food (tap-tap-tap) was good and the order (tap-tap-tap) correct, but a damper was left making me decide (tap-tap-tap) to not visit (tap-tap-tap) the Regent St location anymore. McDonald's on Regent is one of the better McDonald's in the city. Ordered curbside for the first time; it was very convenient, the double quarter pounder with cheese was great, but the fries were a bit stale. Drive through was slow, and another order got taken by someone who got there after. Service is not great; they have forgotten straws many times. The staff is friendly and engaging, absolutely great with the kids, and super pretty and nice. The staff was wonderful; the order was correct, hot and fresh. The kids loved the experience. It is clean with friendly staffs, but when asked for a coffee stirrer, the staff just grabbed the coffee with his hand. It is terrible for you to eat but does taste good. Pretty much hit and miss.
