Trevor and his staff are always so welcoming making a great start to any day. The Val Caron Tim Hortons sets the bar high for the other Tim's in the area with the outstanding food and customer service.“

“Love this location! Lisa is my absolute favorite! She greets everyone with a smile & positivity even when shes having a bad day. She's the type of person that makes people want to go back. Always goes over & above for everyone. I've seen the way some of the staff get abused by customers & its absolutely disgusting. This team works hard & they all deserve some recognition!!! I can't honestly say I've ever had bad service at this location!☺️“

“I drive by 5 Tim hortons on my drive to work and go out of my way to go to this one. The service is always quick even when there is a line and they never have messed up my order. Staff are always pleasant to deal with also which is a bonus.“

“Kudos to the staff who not only have to serve customers who are in a hurry but they also have to deal with altercations, people wandering in off the street and aggressive behavior. In the short time I was at this location the staff was dealing with a busy lunch hour as well as having to escort on the ruly potentially violent people out while maintaining a pleasant attitude. There should be security here and I hope that the staff is well paid because they are not just servers... They are doing security, intervention and de-escalation. Good job guys. You handled it beautifully“
