“we got 2 bacon cheese burgers tonight and 1 large poutine, it cost $41. my husband's bun was burnt and the burgers had no taste. we have never had issues there before. I am sure we were overcharged for unsatisfactory food.“

“I was ordering pizza for my boyfriend’s birthday and asked them to place the pepperoni in the shape of the number 30 as a surprise for him and they went above and beyond. it didn’t look the way they wanted to on the large pizza so they gave us a personal pizza for free!!“

“Ordered 2 meatball subs online, still had to wait 10 mins by the time I got there. Opened package in parking lot to eat it only to find a HUGE mess inside. Cheese not melted, it was barely inside the bun, sauce everywhere all over the wrapper and the meatballs were ice cold! Brought them back to a young man who just said "sorry" and wouldn't refund or replace since the manager wasn't there. Hubby called their 1800# and started to tell them what happened and they hung up! Called the local place once home (and still hungry), the manager tried making excuses why it was cold and how its safe to serve cold still. Reality is, reheated meat must be heated to a safe temp before serving to ensure no one gets sick from food bourne illness. I apparently now have a credit there I never plan to use.“
