Brought them back to a young man who just said "sorry" and wouldn't refund or replace since the manager wasn't there. Hubby called their 1800# and started to tell them what happened and they hung up! Called the local place once home (and still hungry), the manager tried making excuses why it was cold and how its safe to serve cold still. Reality is, reheated meat must be heated to a safe temp before serving to ensure no one gets sick from food bourne illness. I apparently now have a credit there I never plan to use.“
