We've been visiting the Collingwood area for 20+ years, and in the past few have been meaning to visit Fabbrica. Finally got there tonight and we're so glad we did. Mike was our server, he made menu suggestions guiding us to great choices. The meatball appetizer and the lasagna entree were outstanding, we even ordered one to take home. It was refreshing to have a professional and entertaining server and we highly recommend Mike. We'll definitely be back, at the top our list of restaurants in the area. Thanks for a great evening!

Very attentive and helpful service. Addressed food allergies perfectly. Creative menu. Homemade papardelle is outstanding though it would have benefited from a bit more beef in the sauce. The veal tenderloin was incredible! We don’t usually order dessert but we did this time and it was worth it! Thank you for a delicious dinner and excellent service!
