We've been visiting the Collingwood area for 20+ years, and in the past few have been meaning to visit Fabbrica. Finally got there tonight and we're so glad we did. Mike was our server, he made menu suggestions guiding us to great choices. The meatball appetizer and the lasagna entree were outstanding, we even ordered one to take home. Very attentive and helpful service. Addressed food allergies perfectly. Creative menu. Homemade papardelle is outstanding though it would have benefited from a bit more beef in the sauce. The veal tenderloin was incredible! We don’t usually order dessert but we did this time and it was worth it! Thank you for a delicious dinner and excellent service!
As usual, Fabbrica delivered on a fabulous dinner with friends. Service was professional but not pretentious, the buzz in the room was noticeable (in a good way) but not distracting from our own conversation, and food was spectacular. One of my favorite restaurants.
