So we had NOP for dinner tonight. We got Panzerottis. I noticed the Google sign on the counter so came to leave a review, after reading some of the others I definitely feel like people are being to harsh.
The pizza and other items are always great tasting, could the pizza sometimes use a little more cheese? Yes, thats why I gave 4*. The pizza always tastes great though, the panzerottis are so good, the garlic fingers with cheese are great.. have you tried the meatball sub? It's amazing!!!
The employees here can communicate with customers perfectly fine (unlike the lady who said otherwise) and they're actually really nice people. We barely eat here but I can walk in once every 2 months and they know who I am.
In the end the pizza is great but could use more cheese and the staff is amazing.

One star is generous. Since the change of ownership the quality is beyond poor. $40 for terrible food pizza was all dough barley any toppings and dried out wings. People working were unable to communicate with customers.

Is the 15$ dollars delivery charge a thing now? I've been ordering pizza from here and never observed or heard anything. Today garlic sticks with an extra 15$ for the delivery?

Aside from the bread being stale, don’t believe the server washed her hands before making the subs.
My girlfriend picked it up as a surprise! Apparently she wanted stuff from two different specialty pizzas… of course!
So what does the guy do? Combines the two… asking a tons of questions along the way… wanting to get it just right! A second person came out to the counter to help!
So here I am, unable to stop eating long enough to ask what type of pizza it was… sooo… we’d eaten half of it before I realized I needed a photo! Really needed a photo! Sorry!
It was loaded! Everything tasted fresh! The mix was perfect! And the spices were right on! Definitely not the same-old-same-old! And the service… couldn’t ask for better!

Just went here with my child, ordered a large peperoni pizza extra cheese. Now when I say you can see the bread and sauce I mean it. The pizza was doughy and super saucey little to no cheese. Called customer service and the lady was absolutely disgusting with her behavior. Worst place my far. ( 1 slice is gone so my child could eat. Waste of money.
