I’m not from the area but needed to order pizza for my kids and this was the closest one. I was surprised to see a pizza pizza combined with a gas station so I was a bit weary when I went to go pick it up. But when I arrived there was a full on kitchen/oven and they had the full menu available (I ordered 3 plant based sandwiches and 2 pizzas with special request). For me the staff made the experience 5 stars. Just from updating me on the time it would be finished and confirming my order or asking if wanted something specific made all the difference. I’ve never experienced such great customer service at a Pizza Pizza establishment. The lady (I didn’t get her name) was so sweet and great to talk to! The quality of the pizza is what you would get at any other pizza pizza.

It took 1 hour to make 2 pizza and chicken wings, 2 employees were running back and forth to handle store. Even after waiting 1 hour pizza wasn’t made properly. No options to give zero stars that’s why I gave 1 star.Owner should really put at least 4 employees.Ridiculous ?

We ordered pizza to go. Who expects to wait an hour for pizza to come out of the oven??! The service was appalling, and seating wasn’t available for customers who ordered food. Maybe it’s because the students who were hired don’t care for faster service.

Used to order panzarottis here about once every two months and really liked them, but I've found within the last 6 or so months the quality has really gone downhill. Barely any taste to them, poor quality cheese and a burnt and hard crust. Don't recommend going here.
