Great spot to grab a coffee or a quick bite when you’re in Thornbury. The service is fast and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The location is clean and well kept, with plenty of seating inside and easy parking outside. Whether you’re stopping in for your morning coffee, a road trip , or just a quick snack, this Tim Hortons is always consistent and reliable

Slowest Tim's ever
Breakfast sandwich was nasty. Eggs was discoloured.
The atmosphere is uptight, and people should remember that a smile goes a long way. The washrooms were dirty and the toilet paper was insanitary. We were there twice today and by 3 pm many of the food selections were no longer available.

One of the slowest locations I’ve been to in a long time. Spent 4-5 minutes waiting while the only two staff focused on the drive thru traffic. The restaurant is dirty and there was plenty of dirty tables inside.

I went to this tim on july 9th for lunch after waiting for solid 15 minutes for my one crispy chicken sandwich it was still not ready. I asked the manager for my sandwich as she was chitchatting with other people not doing her work, she replied i have a uniform you want to work and make your own sandwich that’s was the rudest replied i ever heard. I don’t how she even got that manager position when you don’t know how to speak with customers. I got my refund and feel so upset about this whole scenario.

If I could give no stars I would. We have been standing at the counter for 10 minutes while 3 customers have been served through the drive through
