This has to be the slowest Tim Horton’s that has ever existed ! Things changed about a month ago and since then it has seriously declined in customer service . Having to wait 20 or MORE minutes at any point in time in a drive through is completely unacceptable! This wasn’t just a one time experience , this is EVERYDAY ! I’m shocked that there aren’t more reviews saying the same thing !

This Tim Hortons had some issues about a year ago. Whatever they've done to fix those issues seems to have worked as the last few times I've ordered from here there was no lineup at the drive thru and my order has been correct every time.

I don’t think I’ve had an order done right in the last year here. Something is always wrong. I think they charge you for more expensive items “by accident” and if you decide to say something they can’t even make the second one right and even say they need to refund you and charge again. Whenever I ask for a basic ice coffee it’s some kind of fancy drink. Ask for bacon and egg and it’s steak. After this long it doesn’t feel like genuine mistakes.

I tried to order a meal, the worker was extremely rude gave me the wrong drink, then gave me the right drink that was cheaper than the one she charged me for and told me that they cost the same amount. Don’t go here for food.
