I’ve been here maybe 10 times in the last couple of months and I’ve noticed that this Tims is abnormally slow, I’ve waited in the drive through for 10 minutes when there’s no one else there & a couple cars in the parking lot. Without fail, i’ve been only been given hot lattes instead of the iced ones (even worse when I order ahead on the app and they still give me a hot one 😭) & I’ve had so many missing items in my order. I usually drive an extra 10 minutes to Collingwood or Meaford just for the peace of mind that I know my order won’t get messed up.

BUT I just had a lovely experience here today. At around 10:20 am (Nov.11) I went through the drive through and was greeted by a very friendly man at the window & he was extremely fast and straight to the point. My wrap & drink were already made by the time I got to the window and it all seemed so seamless & fast!!

I hope this review gets back to that guy because it does make a difference in someone’s day when the people you encounter are so pleasant and nice, & seem like they enjoy giving you your morning coffee haha!!

They’re charging people extra charges on their orders that other Tim Hortons don’t. For a cup of water it now charges you 20 cents. Other times Hortons charge you 10 cents with ice. Here they charge it as you’re receiving hot water. They’re stealing people’s money here. I do no recommend this Tim Hortons

I've used this Tim's many times over the years. They have always been slow, forget items, make things wrong or just don't have what you want. If you order on the app it always has stock of everything but when you go to pick it up, its never available. Guess what? You're not getting a refund either, they will give you points for the inconvenience. Food is usually good when its prepared right. Service is always slow. If it wasn't the only one in town, I wouldn't go to it. I was just out east and everytime I went to that times I couldn't even get my card out fast enough to pay before they had everything ready.

Absolutely horrible experience at the Tim Hortons in Thornbury. 90% of the employees don’t speak or understand any English Most of the staff seem constantly annoyed and act like taking an order is a huge inconvenience. The drive-thru service is slow, unfriendly, and makes you feel unwelcome. If I ever go back and the staff are rude again, I honestly don’t know if I’ll even bother staying in line — the whole experience is that frustrating. Customer service here needs a complete overhaul.

We visited this Tim Hortons branch on October 13th, 2025 — Thanksgiving Day. An older lady took our order, but unfortunately, she seemed very annoyed and frustrated. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional, making the experience unpleasant. Her name tag said Jon.

Additionally, the men’s washroom was in terrible condition — there was no soap, no air freshener, and it was generally unclean.

terrible store.
Disgusting store, employees are rude and I waited 15 minutes for them to take my order.
And they seen me standing there and completely ignored me and multiple other customers. And they still messed it up and were completely rude.
Most disgusting store I’ve ever been into.
And they never have anything.

OMG what is happening at Tim Hortons? We tried to use our survey coupons at this location for 2 drinks. The cashier at the drive thru on Sunday afternoon was quite rude, actually yelled at us & would only accept 1 survey. Really? You have so many customers it's acceptable to be rude & nasty? This is not the first time there has been problems at this store.
