I’ve been here maybe 10 times in the last couple of months and I’ve noticed that this Tims is abnormally slow, I’ve waited in the drive through for 10 minutes when there’s no one else there & a couple cars in the parking lot. Without fail, i’ve been only been given hot lattes instead of the iced ones (even worse when I order ahead on the app and they still give me a hot one 😭) & I’ve had so many missing items in my order. I usually drive an extra 10 minutes...
Great spot to grab a coffee or a quick bite when you’re in Thornbury. The service is fast and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The location is clean and well kept, with plenty of seating inside and easy parking outside. Whether you’re stopping in for your morning coffee, a road trip , or just a quick snack, this Tim Hortons is always consistent and reliable
The atmosphere is uptight, and people should remember that a smile goes a long way. The washrooms were dirty and the toilet paper was insanitary. We were there twice today and by 3 pm many of the food selections were no longer available.
