More like a 3.5 star restaurant.The staff are very friendly and the service is pretty efficient.As many has mentioned here before, the food is not authentic Thai cuisine. It has more of a fusion flare. They even have many spicy Szechuan dishes. The food is not bad at all, it's just that it's fusion and not authentic, and a bit on the pricy side.This place has good ambience, but when we were there, some patrons were talking at the top of their lungs, almost sound like yelling, and that makes our time there very unpleasant.The mango sticky rice is the highlight of our meal.Parking: The free parking lot for the restaurants is about 5 minutes walk away. There are not too many spaces there. There is an covered/underground parking, but not sure if it's free.

Canadian Thai has been a go-to place for us since my family discovered it a couple of years ago at its Woodbine/Steeles Ave. E. location. We enjoy the food here and the service is good too. Manager Helen remembers her guests! We always start with the Mango Salad which is just the right mix of sweet and tangy with a little spicy kick. On our most recent visit we tried the Thai Coconut Soup, which was also quite flavourful. On different visits we've tried the Traditional and Street Style Pad Thais as well as the Pad See Ew and Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodle). Again, you can't go wrong with any one of these. Any of the Authentic Curry dishes are also good and not overly spicy. Try the Coconut Rice to go along with your meals. It's a good, mildly-sweet balance to the savoury sauced dishes. We almost always have the Jasmine Tea, which washes everything down nicely! The nice thing is we always get a table and making reservations for bigger parties is very easy. Lots of free parking as well.

1. The tape on the Thai Tea seems to be opened before because it is not sticky and was tilted. I am afraid the driver did something on it. So I poured it all into the washroom sink. It is not full and was missing some portion as you all could see2. The Chicken pad Thai has no peanuts and was super sweet unlike Jatujak Chiang Rai Chiang Mai Koh Like Thai. They added tofu but was definitely not fresh. The chicken was greasy and sweet for somehow. The pad Thai noodle itself was sweet with red color which seems super weird. I would definitely not recommend anyone to try this restaurant!
