Budae Jjigae (Serves 2)
We did all the prep work for you so all you have to do is put everything in a pot and cook it! This popular meal includes sausage, ham, pork, our homemade sir fried kimchi and an assortment of vegetables served alongside our spicy beef based broth. Anytime I want 순대국 (blood sausage soup), Cho Son Ok is the preferred choice! The seasoning and flavour of the soup never disappoints. You can get it with soondae only as well. They have a lot of great dishes on the menu like the 김치찜 (kimchi jjim), 감자탕 (pork bone stew), and 물냉면 (cold noodles). It can and does get busy with potential line-ups so try to time your visit outside of normal meal times.

Good was great!! The fried mandoo was my favorite. Haemool soon tofu has a beautiful flavor with a nice spicy kick to it. Bulgogi is one of my go-tos - wish it had more glass noodle though.

Huge thanks for the surprise topping in my pre-packed kimchi a stylish yellow white hair tucked right inside the container. Truly an unexpected experience! 🙃🙃🙃
Sadly, I had to throw away all of it because I was too grossed out to eat it.
I really like your restaurant and your dishes are great, but maybe… just maybe… hair caps while making kimchi? Fyi, my hair is thick and black
so this mystery hair definitely wasn’t mine :)
