I love their ice cream here. I bought butter gochuchang yesterday and I was literally sitting in the toilet all day after eating it. I felt so sick. This is the first bad experience I had. I still feel sick after eating it. Maybe the sauce wasn’t fresh because I had this in the past and I didn’t feel sick

Food was great if a little overpriced. Very flavourful and made well. Butter gochujang had great heat, but bacon bits were not what I expected. Cremini mushrooms were the definite highlight, really tempered the spice well. I get acid reflux easily due to pregnancy and I handled this well, without much discomfort. Spouse ordered yuzu shrimp and even though there were only 3 shrimp, the parm was very flavourful and offset by the yuzu in the sauce really well. Would come back to try other flavours! The radio constantly playing wasn’t my favourite, but it was a good quick dine in experience for fusion pasta.

The butter gochuchang is delicious and definitely the must-try pasta item on the menu! The sake rose was a close second, while the bolognese was okay (it tasted just fine, but isn't as unique as the others).

We've had kekou gelato over the years, so when we heard about the creation of Moon Pasta (which also serves the gelato), we were interested to try.

The space is small, so it is mainly meant for takeout, and it takes about 15 minutes, which isn't bad at all, but best to call ahead if you're in a hurry.

Awesome little spot for pasta! They've only got 5 dishes on the menu, which means they're all super good. The prices are really reasonable, and the portions are great. Perfect for a quick, tasty lunch!

Kekou Gelato turned into a pretty tasty pasta place. Nice for a quick bite. Pasta was nice. Ice cream pints are still available.

Food was awesome, viet coffee was nice and strong! Would most def recommend grabbing their speciality if you don't know what to order!

Space is a tiny bit small, great for a quick bite!

I stopped by here for dinner takeout after visiting KoiClaw for a Yelp Elite event.

Very convenient for me as I had bookmarked this place ever since I heard that Kekou Gelato had converted their spaces and added fusion pasta to their menus!

Walking in to this location, I immediately noticed that they don't keep the gelatos in the front anymore and instead it's a bar counter with the POS system on the side.

The other thing I noticed is that all pastas were under $20, which is amazing (especially in this economic climate). A lot of restos lazily slap a $20-25 price tag on pasta dishes when the portion size and quality are severely lacking so seeing pasta for $15 was very welcome and refreshing.

How was the flavour? It was great! I ordered the butter gochujang pasta because I was craving some heat (and some meat) and it delivered on both fronts. The sauce clung to the noodles well and it wasn't overly spicy. Very well balanced. I had some skepticism because Kekou was known for having great gelatos so I didn't know if selling pasta was gonna be a flop but I will definitely return off the back of the order I just tasted to try a different pasta.

*Keep in mind the space is still takeout only basically as there's VERY limited seating.*

When Kekou became Moon Pasta in the Commerce Gate Plaza, my interest peaked. Not only do they still offer up their unique fusion-flavored gelatos, but they now also serve pasta! Pictured here, I went for their BUTTER GOCHUJANG, described as "fettucine, smoked bacon, shitake, and cremini" for $15. I was pleasantly surprised by the portion, which was good enough for 1.5 people or 2 if you're looking for a lighter meal. The pasta has such a strong umami flavor profile to it and the smoked bacon came through really nicely as well. The sauce itself was creamy and smooth, and I appreciate the amount given which made for saucy bites up until the end with some to spare. It had the perfect kick of heat to it which added to the depth of the dish without any feelings of suffering (HA!) I highly recommend this!

They haven't changed any of their interior design since switching over from Kekou but they have added two small high tables with 2 seats each if you'd like to dine-in. I recommend the takeout though since the place is quite cramped and I feel like eating in would be a little awkward with the close proximity to the employers as well as other customers who come in to order, etc.

Service was friendly but minimal, hence nothing much to comment about there.

Do note that they are cashless!

Ordered the butter gochujang pasta and Saigon fog for takeout.

Both tasted great and exceeded my expectations!

Will definitely return.

Pretty good fusion pasta. Portion is a bit big, enough for 1.5 person. It’s hard to find parking space and only a few seats available. I would recommend to buy takeout

It's a shame you guys don't do scoops or cones anymore for the icecream! Please bring it back
