the cashier is so warm and welcoming. my new fav place.
Laprep is my regular goto place. Eventhough this location is new management, Staff were so quick and service was good. I overall love the experience.
Nice venue, food is just ok, but the service planning is awful. They seem to have two on the front line taking orders and finishing sandwiches, with a couple of people in the back. There is always a long wait and in the end, you have a 50/50 that the right order got to the right bag. It's expensive for what you get too; a glorified grilled cheese is 10 bucks. The menu never changes; the meals are pre-built and tough to vary. I would not recommend, unless you work in the building above, and even in that case, I personally will likely avoid it. Sorry for the harsh review, the staff all work hard, but something needs to change
They literally always have one person at the front taking the order, making the food, and then taking the persons payment. I just feel this is annoying because the wait is very long specially if the line up is huge. Location is in a corporate building, so we have a set amount of time for our break. Literally 10-15 minutes will go by before you can enjoy your meal or coffee and then your break is over. And then not to mention there is always 2 person in the back socializing

The food is constantly fresh and yummy, employees hands out great service. I liked how clean it is and mood. Worth a try.
Very neat and convenient restaurant. They provide big portions and for inexpensive rates. We enjoyed the meals a lot and the waiters were very affable and informative. Will definitely recommend this place.
Less quantity, over priced. Just finished a butter chicken rice bowl which tasted sour rather than buttery :(
over expensive with least quantity you can expect in hot food, despite paying hefty price for lunch. Most parsimonious & stingy person i have ever seen in restaurent business. Not sure how this La Prep is surviving and wont be surpirized seeing them closing soon.Anytime you go La Prep is anyways empty...
very tasty and fresh! wish there were more locations!

Great food. Kind of pricey.
Neat and quiet place. Different options to choose for breakfast and lunch.
the food is not fresh like advertised. my quiche was days old and tough, tasted terrible so much so that I was concerned about getting sick. crust was very dry and tasted freezer burnt. I was greeted with no acknowledgement or thank you. The server had an unclean body oder coming from him as well.
This restaurant offers a nice selection of soups, salads, sandwiches and drinks for lunch. Largely caters to the corporate crowd in the CGI building. Location is spacious with outside table seating available under a structure so protection from the sun and rain. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Food is reasonably priced and delicious.
Bought a turkey avocado wrap with Swiss cheese.... the horribly small sliver of avocado and tiny wedge of cheese at the top of the wrap was amazing. Too bad after one bite there was nothing but turkey and mostly spinach left. The one slice of cucumber was great too.... can’t believe that I bought this awful wrap.
