I ordered a custom cake and was told $120 for the cake when I came to pick it up I was told $140. After arguing with the woman who took my order for almost ten minutes we concluded it was a miscommunication. The customer service is horrible.
Cake decoration is very sloppy and looks unprofessional, after the $$$ for a custom cake would expect perfection but it’s gross!
I ordered a rainbow fidgets theme cake. The experience was ok I felt like a couple times the owner who took my order was obnoxious and rude. The cake itself looked nice and what I wanted for my daughter but the taste was like the cake had freezer burn and like a stale taste, it definitely was not fresh. I won’t be placing any future orders.
