I am very disappointed. I made an order for Sufganiyot for December 24 in advance. On that day, I needed to pick up the order, I called to check what time I could pick it up. They said that the order is ready - I could come. My husband went to pick up the order, stood in line, ( that's the whole point why you make an order online, so you don't have to stand in line).
He brought the sufganiyot home, we started trying them, and they weren't fresh. The dough wasn't soft and fluffy like it should be. It's very disappointing when you pay that kind of money and get a product that isn't fresh, and they're also rude to you

Two thumbs up (as I only have two). Been there twice over the last few days, great food (sour dough and croissants in particular), excellent service (with Daisy both times who is so sweet and kind), and good location. Easy to find, you can't miss the sign, and easy to park. Highly recommended

I had such a wonderful experience at Lumiere today, thanks to the incredible server I met. Despite the cafe being overwhelmingly busy for just one person, she handled everything with a warm smile and a kind, gentle attitude. She truly made my day! I was initially concerned that the tart might be overly sweet, but it was perfectly balanced, allowing me to savor its delicious fruity flavor. The petite one-bite treats were a fantastic addition, especially alongside my coffee—they were simply divine!
A special shoutout to the Asian barista for her exceptional recommendations. She was incredibly helpful, and thanks to her suggestions, we picked up some croissants to share with my boyfriend's family. They absolutely loved them, declaring them the best croissants they’ve ever had!
Overall, the staff were wonderful, and we can’t wait to visit again. Thank you for such a memorable experience!
