Very clean restaurant with 10/10 service and delicious food. Best kimchi I’ve ever had and generous portions:) never tried kalguksu or Korean mandu before and I did not leave disappointed. Very yummy! Thank you!

Lovely mid-day lunch spot. Well-priced, generous portions, and professional, attentive service that was both courteous and efficient. The house-made kimchi was fabulous and generously refilled.

I had the mixed mandu—3 pork, 3 kimchi—and the kalguksu. Both were excellent, but the mandu were an A++ standout. The complimentary in-house cold brown rice green tea was a spectacular addition—refreshing, subtly nutty, and perfect for balancing the spice throughout the meal.

I also went home and read about the history of kalguksu, learning that it’s traditionally enjoyed during the summer because of Korea’s wheat harvest season. I love when a meal teaches me something new.

Healthy choices, a relaxed atmosphere, and an easygoing vibe. Get it! 10/10. Definitely coming back.

I recently had the opportunity to experience the Half & Half Gyoza (Kimchi & Pork) and Bossam Set.

The Gyoza was exceptionally well-prepared and flavorful. However, the KalGukSu, which accompanied the Bossam Set, was overcooked, and the noodles were thinner than typically expected.

Despite this, I found the overall meal to be enjoyable and quite palatable.

I've observed that the Bloor branch offers a more extensive menu selection compared to the Bathurst branch. It is unclear why there is a discrepancy in menu offerings between these two locations, given they operate under the same franchise.

Hands down my favorite mandu! The skin is thin and the meat filling is umami and well-seasoned - incredibly well made and and simply perfection. We came after reading the glowing reviews, and it absolutely did not disappoint.

The kalguksu is equally delicious, hearty and comforting. We also ordered the bulgogi and seafood pancake - both amazing.

The service here was incredible. Without even being asked, they refilled the kimchi, offered extra soup, and even brought out a hair tie when they noticed my sister didn't have one.

We will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend this place to everyone!

Really good spot in Thornhill, serving the best Kalguksu and more. Always a go-to if I’m craving noodles or dumplings. Super affordable as well which is great in this economy.
