Sakana-Sushi focuses on Take-Out orders. Their Sushi is delicious, but the atmosphere is not geared for sit down dining. Best to enjoy their creations at home.
The lady who makes sushi and maki is so kind and made delicious foods.
This is a hidden gem located in the Farmer’s market. I believe they have two locations. One is a restaurant and this one is a to go spot. Highly recommend coming to the to go spot. The owners were there when I ordered and the sushi/sashimi was very fresh. I did go in the morning close to lunch so maybe that’s a factor. Prices are very good if you pay by cash as well! The restaurant is located inside York Farmers Market, which makes it less known to many, but it is widely recommended for its high-quality, fresh ingredients and overall exceptional dining experience. The staff is noted for being nice, helpful, and very friendly, providing great service. Customers are 100% satisfied with the fresh, well-presented food, including the amazing salmon pokebowl and the must-try Salmon + Cheese roll. Despite the unconventional pick-up location next to a grocery store, Sakana continues to delight customers with its tasty food.
