Worst Subway expierence ever. I ordered a 12 inch steak and cheese and the guy gave me a 6 inch. He was very rude and disrespectful and looked like he wanted to quit his job. On-top of that there's this loud employee always on her phone talking to her mom ignoring customers and when I called her out on it to do her job she yelled at me.

Clean, well organized. staff (Yasmine) so friendly and helpful, her cheerfulness, exuberance and smile was a pleasant surprise on a dreary snowy night
Sandwiches always well made and they don't cheap on the toppings.

My mom usually goes to subway just for water sometimes and you used to just be able to go in and ask for a cup and you can ask for up to 4 cups now you have to get a sandwich combo just to get water I live all the way in Ottawa and I came for a summer camp and we were very close but now you have to pay for water ever since these 2 lady’s came in and started working And every time we come in one of the lady’s that aren’t working just leaves. We decided to just get food from the place anyways and as she was making my sub I asked for bacon and she asked me if I wanted it toasted I said no and she continued to toast it when she toke it out she sneezed on the sandwich and continued to make it the other lady told her to make a new one but she had just left and the other lady had to make all of the sandwiches
The server asked me if I wanted to make my order combo and my answer was NO but the server still charged me for full combo price. Check your receipt before you leave the store or visit other locations.

The staff is nice and so is the location. However, the materials used to make the sandwich seem a bit old and stale, as if they have been left out (especially the bread).

I frequent alot of Subways, this by far was the worst Subway ever. The bald gentlemen was sloppy in making our sandwiches. He burned the bread, noticed and continued to use the same bread. He was sloppy and WORSE Of all the spinach he had on hand was ROTTEN and he still put it in our sandwiches! Do better SUBWAY, you should have at the very least have fresh vegetables.

Their prices are 10% higher than anywhere else. Not sure why my 6-inch pizza sub was 9.50, that is absolutely insane, every other subway location charges 6.25 with tax! Go to any other subway and save yourself some money.
