We show up at opening, only to be told that one of the components (brown sugar tapioca pearls - Deerioca) of the drink that we wanted to order would only be available 2 hours later. Deerioca Ube Puff is one of their unique options and a permanent option on the menu... if it takes 2 hours to prepare a key ingredient, then they should start prepping for the day 2 hours before opening so that the full menu is available by opening.

Usually my fave bubble tea chain. Haven’t been for a while as it’s a lot of calories. Got my default Deerioca which I always thought only came warm. So then when I got it it contained ice. The lady didn’t even ask me how much ice. As well the tapioca was too chewy and wasn’t soft enough. There are about a dozen bubble tea places in this strip mall. I think I’ll try out another place next time I’m in this mall. Price was over $9 with tax for the large! Crazy.

Got the Thorn princess berries frappe It does come with tapioca pearls and whip,milk tea with a very strong real berry flavor which was very nice and good. I got the small size was still a fair price but the quality is definitely there. Was very fun to see a collaboration drink with the ally and spy family anime super cool.

I ordered the tiramisu drink but asked for no tapioca. The guy working told me he couldn’t make it without tapioca, I don’t understand his reasoning as I don’t like tapioca in my drink and he just has to not add it. Not really sure why I was not able to customize the drink and not even asking for any crazy customization, I just didn’t want the tapioca. I still wanted to try the flavour so I ended up getting it anyways and had to take out the tapioca that he could’ve just not added, myself. The drink tasted great but was ruined by the tapioca I didn’t want in the first place. The Alley should really allow for drink customization, not really sure why he refused so hard.

Music way too loud, space way too small. Making the drink was pretty fast but probably because I was the only customer. The guy just yelled your drink and left, I wasn’t even sure what he said because music was too loud. I came up and had to look for my drink because also, I didn’t even known where he put it and he just left.
