The Cups (Steeles) offers a better experience than the Finch location. The service is prompt, and there is ample seating to catch up with friends. Despite a 1-hour seating limit, they allow customers to stay if it's not busy. The bingsu, available in cup, small, and large sizes, is highly recommended, especially the tiramisu bingsu with espresso. The restaurant can feel warm, possibly to encourage more bingsu purchases. The menu includes croffles and cupcakes now. The walnut cakes are a standout, although there was a slight disappointment with a combo order. Overall, the location provides a pleasant atmosphere for enjoying delicious bingsu and other treats, with courteous service and convenient parking.
