Tiger Sugar - Thornhill

Quality has really dropped at Tiger Sugar. Very disappointed in what this place has become. Got the strawberry mochi and it was just milk in a cup. Not worth the $11. Much better bubble tea spots around.

Service was great, but drinks were terrible. We ordered the coffee jelly boba black milk tea that was on promotion, but it didn't taste like milk tea at all. It was bland and only tasted of the coffee jelly. There wasn't a lot of boba in the drink either. 0/10 would not recommend.

Good drinks as usual! First time trying their matcha egg waffles, pretty good as well.

Nice little place to pick up a late night drink after a movie. Fast service, comfortable seats. They even wrapped the hat I left behind after closing to make sure it didn't get dirty. Respect to that choice. I would have no problem visiting again. 👍

Tapioca no flavor and not sweet chewy like other Tiger sugar places.

Mochi strawberry tea is my daughter's favorite. Great choices of drinks. Very friendly service. Thank you! We are coming back regularly to this tea shop.

Best bubble tea in Ontario! I’ve been to hundreds of places and this one really stood out, the tapioca size, flavour, service, environment, seating, EVERYTHING was A+++++ I highly recommend this to anyone who likes bubble tea. I drove all the way from Brampton and they did NOT disappoint. Will come back again! Absolutely love this place. Parking is free too and there’s plenty!

Lychee Passion Fruit Green Tea (100% sugar and less ice) was a good refreshing fruit tea. Would definitely recommend.

First time trying this bbt place and would be the last...

It tastes like dirty towel water.

I asked my partner to try it just to confirm I am not going crazy. And yes, this drink has a weird mixed taste that makes me feel sick when I'm traveling on the 407.

I had ordered this drink many, many times from different brands across Canada, and I know how it is supposed to be like.

This store needs to do some serious investigations in their food prep station for real.
