“My husband and I had an absolutely spectacular anniversary dinner! We were seated in a less busy area of the dining room as requested and promptly were brought two glasses of sparkling wine-complementary! That was so thoughtful! We had never been to this restaurant as we live in the states and only visit TBay at times. We ordered two pizzas for apps-really knowing it would reheat well later-which it did not disappoint. Our mains were spot on and delicious and dessert was also grand. Such a pleasure to have the experience! Our server, Ewan, was a true gem!”

“Had a really bad experience before like really bad but my mother loves this place so I took her out. Have to say this time was 5stars phenomenal food times were great place was really clean. The atmosphere was great. Our server i forget her name but she was fantastic and the supervisor or manager on duty I think his name was Jason phenomenal customer service always checking in to make sure we were good they both did an amazing job at making us feel welcomed. I originally left a bad review many months ago but I have since removed it and instead placed this one I will be back with my mother 10/10 we'll done Montannas not many people win me over”

“I just wanted to take the tome to acknowledge the amazing efforts of Colin (who I've now known to be the GM of this location) . I had called with a question, simply asking what the daily vegetable was before I placed my order through Skip the Dish. I wanted to make sure the sode was not say roasted red pepper and beans or something. During our briefing talk, I explained I had a food allergy to peppers. He said he would make sure there were no peppers. Much to my delight, the food was absolutely amazing, and I had no issues with anything. What particularly caught me off guard, was that Colin had essentially taken time aside to ensure the safety of my meal, and inquired about all ingredients to the kitchen. He found that there were pepper flakes in the coleslaw side, so he actually attached a had written note with the coleslaw aside, amd substitutions available that accommodated my allergy. I have yet to ever see a restaurant worker take such initiative, let alone learning that this was the GM whom I'm sure had many other things to do that evening. I was absolutely blown away. So Colin, if you ever see this, you made my night, and you've solidified a loyal family of clients to Kelseys, solely because of you. Thank you”

We really liked that you get bread, and a salad included with your meal which these days, is not common. We will definitely be back and highly recommend a visit for those who haven’t been recently.”

“At the regional hospital, many of the people grabbing a coffee or something quick to eat are dealing with emotions that are new to them. That segment of the public should experience a little more care and understanding. They most certainly do not need to speak repeatedly their order, nor endure getting that order wrong.

Many coffee shops struggle with this sloppy customer service and I am exceptionally happy to report that the team at this Robin's are EXEMPLARY!!!! After 24 weeks of my treatment and testing, ordering a quick breakfast and coffee is a type of relief. I must repeat that this is a team of fantastic people, but the team captain must be Charlene. After all these weeks, I have come to experience her expertise. Yes! Expertise!! Business like, of course, but always in a great mood.

If she is not a trainer of new employees, she should be. It says something to feel special, and have your order done quickly and accurately. Some people are just great at their jobs, and I can not say enough about their team captain.

BUT, I am not saying I am displeased with anyone there, but Charlene leads that pack of stellar service. Perhaps she is inspires others to perfect their customer service prowess, for they are all good.

So, when coming to the regional hospital, forget the drive through elsewhere. Come directly and sample good coffee with great service.”

It’s not the business’s fault, however it is clear they’re losing a significant amount of customers and revenue because of parking.”

“I always use the drive thru and usually only order a tea but I only go in the day because in the evening it doesn’t taste as good. Sometimes I’ll go alone or with my kids they usually get a sandwich or something else. My youngest gets thé chocolate milk and a cookie I love the woman that’s always on the till during the day with the glasses I’m always giving her a tip because she’s always so nice. If I’m with my pug she always asks if she can have a treat and if I’m alone she always is like you’re alone today. Super friendly staff person. Wish I knew her name.”
