Had the prepackaged dairy-free lime coconut gelato. Real lime rind and perfect sweetness and very creamy. Portion size was perfect for this delicious treat.Only complaint is the useless 1/8 tsp plastic spoon. Unnecessary plastic that is not even functional, had to use another spoon. I recommend that to be reconsidered/removed.
Always love getting a take home pint from Prime Gelato when I visit Tbay in the summer. So many delicious flavours and choices. Don't go at the end of a hot day because they will be sold out! Friendly staff and local ingredients make it special.

What a gem! Absolutely loved my experience here! Lots of options for individuals with a variety of dietary needs. Signage is clear to help those make informed decisions (what is vegan, what contains nuts, dairy or gluten, etc). Lots of unique flavours, many of which appeared seasonal. I had the peach crumble and it was the best gelato I've had outside of Italy. Get the double scoop, you won't regret it.
