Went to the Caribou Restaurant & Wine Bar tonight to try their new midweek trattoria menu. It was well worth the trip. The flatbread was delicious, the ceasar salad was great as usual and our entrees were outstanding. When we arrived, I asked our server (Fabulous server) if I could have a little taste of the cheese sauce that was to be served with the gnocchi since the menu indicated there was Gorgonzola in it and I don't care for it. Being a good cook myself I have trouble finding locations to eat that cook as well or better than I. The Caribou was great from the green salad dressed perfectly to the delicate and delicious dessert all served to with a polite and attentive waitress Hillary. I highly recommend the Caribou.
